ACCESSING YOUR TRAINING
Q: I am required to complete training on my production. What happens next?
A: The designated point of contact on your production will provide a list of crew members who are required to complete training. The crew members will be enrolled to the training module via the personal email addresses that were provided by production.
Please note: @prodicle.com email addresses will not be able to access the training.
Once you have been enrolled to the training module, you will receive 2-3 automatic emails regarding access to your training. Below is a detailed description of each email and action, if any, that will be required.
- The first email you may receive is to activate your Prodicle account (screenshot of the email below). Once you receive this email, please make sure that you reset your password within the activation link period (within 7 days of receiving the email). If you do not receive this email or the activation link window has expired, please visit passport.prodicle.com and click the “Forgot Password?” link to create a new password.
Please note: You will not receive this email if you have previously been set up with a Prodicle account.
- The second email you will receive is from “info@mailer.netflix.com” and is a notification that access to P | University has been granted (screenshot of the email below).
Please note: No action is required when you receive this email.
- The third email you will receive is from “noreply@notifications.prodicle.com” with the subject line: “Production Training: Course Instructions (You’re Enrolled)” and contain steps on how to access your course (screenshot of the email below).
Q: How do I access P | University?
A: You can log into Prodicle Passport to access P | University.
Q: Do I need a Prodicle email address to access the Prodicle account?
A: No, you do not need to be assigned a @prodicle.com. You can use your personal email address to access the training.
Please note: You must use the same email address that your production coordinator provided for you to access the training.
Q: I’ve updated my password on Prodicle, what do I do now?
A: Log into Prodicle Passport and enter the email address and password used to initially set up your Prodicle account. Click the blue “Login” button circled in the screenshot below.
Please note: Do not click on “Or login as Netflix Employee” as you will receive an error.
Q: Who do I contact if I have questions?
A: If you’re experiencing any issues with password reset or accessing Prodicle Passport, please reach out to support@netflixstudios.com and someone from the team will get back to you as quickly as possible.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Q: My link doesn’t work, where can I find a new link?
A: You can access P | University by clicking here for Prodicle Passport. Please see step by step instructions on how to access the course.
Q: I don't see my training course, what do I do?
A: If you log into P | University and can not access the course, please reach out to support@netflixstudios.com.
Q: I’ve received an “Access Denied” message, what now?
A: When logging into Prodicle Passport, please make sure that you are:
- NOT clicking on “Or login as a Netflix Employee”; and
- You are using the same email address production provided for you.
Q: I’ve received a “Request Invalid” message, what do I do now?
A: If you have received a request invalid message, your password has expired. Please go to the login page and click on “Forgot Password?” to reset your password. If you need any additional assistance, please reach out to support@netflixstudios.com
Q: My course won’t load.
A: Make sure your pop-up blockers are turned off and that you have enabled cookies.
Q: I’ve completed the course but I continue to receive email saying the course still needs to be completed.
A: If you have completed the course and you are still receiving notifications or you have not yet been marked as complete, depending on how long you were in the course, the system could have timed out at the time of your completion. In order to generate that completion record, you’ll need to do the following:
- Log back into P | University, launch the training by clicking the In Progress tab and then clicking on the course name.
- Click “Resume Where You Left Off.”
- Open the menu links located at the top left side of the course.
- Click on the last chapter option and complete “See Something Say Something” so that a completion record will be generated.
ANTI-CORRUPTION COURSE
Q: Who is required to take the anti-corruption training?
A: For all productions with an international component, we ask that certain crew members take the anti-corruption course based on their job scope within the production. Our guidelines for training are as follows: any individuals who are responsible for interacting with local governments. individuals who may have oversight of productions including auditing, all additional decision makers, and local facilitators/fixers hired for productions. If you have any questions regarding who should take this training, please reach out to compliance@prodicle.com.
Q: Why am I being enrolled in this training?
A: You are being enrolled in this training because your role and function fulfills a requirement listed within our guidelines. For more information on our guidelines on training, please refer here.
Q: How long is this training?
A: This course should take no more than 20 minutes to complete. P | University will bookmark your progress in case you are unable to complete the course in one sitting. If you are on a desktop computer, simply click Resume Where You Left Off followed by the Play Icon from your browser.
Q: How do I launch my course on P | University?
A: Once you log into P | University from Prodicle Passport, click on the“Anti-Corruption”course name.
Click “Start Learning Now”. A new window will open up and your training will load.
Q: Do you offer this course in other languages?
A: We currently offer the course in 13 different languages (transcript only).
Q: Is this course mobile compatible?
A: Yes, this course is mobile compatible. It will work on Android and iOS smartphones.
Q: I took this course on a different Netflix production, do I need to take this again?
A: If we have a previous record of completion on file, no action is required so long as you have completed the course within the last 12 months.
HARASSMENT AWARENESS COURSE
Q: Who is required to take the harassment awareness training?
A: All talent, department heads, and crew.
Q: Why am I being enrolled in this training?
A: It’s critically important to us that you are treated equally, respectfully and feel safe
in your workplace. We want to make sure that fun and creativity thrive, but never in a way that hurts
you or someone else. We all have a responsibility to help create an inclusive and respectful work
environment. To help achieve that, we’ve put together this training course to explain how we can make
this a fair and safe place to be. If you have any questions regarding who should take this training, please reach out to atetreault@netflix.com.
