What is changing with my Netflix-issued Adobe license?
Netflix is consolidating our Adobe licenses and migrating to a unified pool of licenses. This transition requires that your current subscription be deactivated from our old plan and reactivated under the new plan.
Once the transition is complete, you will have access to all Adobe Creative Cloud apps. You will continue using your Prodicle.com email address using new instructions on how to log in.
When is this happening?
Our transition is scheduled for Thursday, July 23rd at 2 PM PT.
What notifications will I receive?
On July 23, 2020 at 2 PM, you will receive an email notification informing you that your current account is Adobe license deactivated. Within minutes after the first email, you will receive an activation email informing you of your available apps.
What actions do I need to take?
You will need to take two actions.
- Before the July 23rd migration date, you must download any files you have stored within Adobe Creative Cloud.
- After you receive the notification of your new license at 2 PM PST on July 23rd, you must sign out of your current Adobe account and sign into your new Adobe account after the migration is complete.
Action 1 - Backup any Cloud-based Files
If you store any files in the Adobe Cloud or use any shared libraries via the Adobe Cloud, you will be responsible for downloading any files, libraries or other data stored in your current Creative Cloud account, storing them locally, and then once the migration is complete, uploading them to your new account.
Unfortunately, Netflix does not have access to your files and is unable to perform this task for you. However, the tech teams and our partners at Adobe are here to help if you need assistance.
